This fully equipped living-dining kitchen is the heart of the apartment and offers everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The living-dining kitchen is equipped with a modern four-burner electric stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. In addition, there are numerous other handy accessories available, so you can prepare delicious meals without any worries.

At the cozy dining table, surrounded by comfortable chairs, you can enjoy an extensive breakfast together, a charming dinner, or simply a drink while watching television or having a good conversation.

The house features two separate bedrooms with spacious king-size beds. In one of these rooms, it is possible to separate the beds upon request, creating two single beds.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished and offer plenty of comfort for a good night's sleep. Furthermore, there is an iron available, as well as a selection of games and books for relaxation during your stay.

The spacious bathroom is also fully equipped and features a toilet, a shower, and a washbasin. Here you can refresh yourself in peace and get ready for a new day.
